Who sells it
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
The free edition
Everything Baudwick does on your own computer is free, for anyone, for good. Using it doesn't need an account or a license.
Pro
A Pro license is for one person, on all the computers they use. It lets Baudwick reach any number of other computers at a time, keep settings in step through your own folder, and show your agents across machines.
A license covers every version of Baudwick released until the date written in it (“updates until”), and those versions keep Pro after that date. Pro is sold as a yearly subscription: each payment moves that date a year on and brings a new license by mail. You can cancel any time from the link in Paddle's receipt; nothing you have stops working when you do.
The company license

Licenses are checked on your computer
Baudwick checks a license offline, against keys it carries. We trust you to use it as these terms say; don't share a license beyond the people it's for.

No warranty
Baudwick is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it, and our liability is limited to what you paid for Pro in the last twelve months. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
