Refunds

If Baudwick Pro or the company license isn't for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of a payment, for any reason, and you get it in full: that payment, the first or a renewal.

Paddle, our reseller, handles refunds: reply to Paddle's receipt, or find your order at paddle.net. You can also write to labs@mansby.se and we'll ask Paddle for you.

After a refund, please remove the license from Baudwick (Settings › License › Remove license): licenses are checked on your computer, so we can't take one back.
