The app

Baudwick has no account and sends no telemetry. Release builds ask the update server once a day whether a newer version is out, sending nothing about you or your computer; you can turn that off. AI features are off until you turn them on, and then talk only to the provider you choose, with your key. A license is checked on your computer.

This site

This site sets no cookies of its own and has no analytics. Bunny.net serves it, and keeps its request logs with IP addresses anonymized. Paddle's checkout, when you open it, is Paddle's: see Paddle's privacy notice.

When you buy Pro

Paddle sells Pro to you as our reseller and keeps the payment details; we never see your card. From Paddle we receive your name, email address, country and, for a company, its name, and we keep them for the license and the records the law asks of us (in Sweden, seven years for bookkeeping).

• Your license (your name or your company's, and your email) is kept in storage at Bunny.net in the EU, so it can be sent again.
• Postmark sends the mail your license comes in.

The legal basis is the contract you enter by buying, and our legal duty to keep records.

Your rights

You may ask what we have about you, have it corrected, or erased where the law allows, and complain to Sweden's data protection authority, IMY. Write to labs@mansby.se.
